Pet Portraits
I get so much joy and satisfaction from capturing the unique qualities and personalities of animals, getting the facial expression just right and capturing them in a typical pose or in their favourite spot.
When you hear the words "pet portrait" you might be imagining something quite specific - dare I say boring? My pet portraits are a little bit different from the norm. I love to show pets situated in an environment that reflects their characteristics and the personal taste of their owners, whether it's a cat surrounded by houseplants, a pair of cheeky dogs on a bright, abstract background, a husky framed by stylised vegetation, or three inquisitive rats on an ornate rug.
